Clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour, including sexual remarks, advances, requests, harassment, threatening conduct, or abusive language, will result in the immediate termination of the session. In such cases, the full treatment fee will remain payable, and future appointments may be refused.
Healing Hands by Payal reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client’s behaviour compromises professional boundaries, safety, or the therapeutic environment.
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. To ensure fairness and allow availability for other clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.
This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently while maintaining availability for all clients.
All completed massage therapy sessions are non-refundable.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Treatments will still end at the originally scheduled time.
The full appointment fee remains payable regardless of the shortened treatment duration.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and charged accordingly. In such circumstances, treatment may need to be rescheduled based on availability.
