Professional Service Policy
We provide professional Raynor Massage services ONLY. This is a strictly non-sexual service, and any inappropriate requests will not be tolerated. Our goal is to help clients release tension and improve physical and emotional wellbeing.
Cancellation Policy
At Healing Hands by Payal, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer availability to other clients.

Refund Policy
All massage therapy sessions are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for:
A refund, or a credit toward a future appointment.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
Gift vouchers, prepaid sessions, or packages are non-refundable, but may be transferable unless otherwise stated.
If you have any concerns regarding your session, please contact us so we can address them promptly.

Late Arrival Policy
We understand that delays can occasionally occur. Please notify us as soon as possible if you expect to arrive late.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, ending at the originally scheduled time.
The full session fee will still apply.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly.

Complaints Policy
Your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are important to us at Healing Hands by Payal.
If you are dissatisfied with any part of your treatment, please communicate this during or immediately after your session so adjustments can be made where possible.
Any formal complaints should be submitted in writing or via email within 48 hours of your appointment.
All complaints are handled confidentially and professionally.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.
We are committed to providing high-quality care and continuously improving our services.
Client Consent & Scope of Practice
At Healing Hands by Payal, all massage therapy sessions are provided in a safe, professional, and respectful environment.
Scope of Practice:
Raynor Massage Therapy is a holistic, deep-tissue–based bodywork modality that may include firm pressure, trigger point work, and assisted movement.
Massage therapy is intended for relaxation, stress reduction, and general wellbeing.
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or perform medical procedures.
Clients are advised to consult a qualified medical professional for any medical concerns.
Client Health Disclosure:
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, injuries, conditions, medications, or changes in health prior to each session.
This includes, but is not limited to: pregnancy, recent surgeries, chronic conditions, pain, inflammation, or sensitivity to pressure.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety and effectiveness of the session.
Informed Consent:
By booking and attending a session, you confirm that you understand the nature of massage therapy and voluntarily consent to treatment.
You acknowledge that massage therapy involves physical touch in a professional and therapeutic manner.
You have the right to pause or stop the session at any time, request adjustments to pressure, or decline any technique.
Consent may be withdrawn at any point during the session.
Professional Boundaries:
Massage therapy sessions are strictly non-sexual.
Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still apply.
Healing Hands by Payal reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment to any client if professional boundaries are not respected.
Liability Acknowledgment:
By receiving massage therapy services, you agree that Healing Hands by Payal is not liable for any injury or adverse effects resulting from:
Undisclosed medical conditions
Client-provided misinformation
Activities undertaken outside the treatment room
